Au-pair in Turkey

There is no official au-pair program in Turkey. However, there are some rich families there, which spend their summer holidays, for example, in August, in their house by the sea. Most of families have 1 child and would like to have a German-speaking au-pair. Usually families live in nice houses with a swimming pool and a sports field. The majority of such families are from Istanbul. Some families should visit schools and practice German during holidays. An au-pair spends spare time with a child and speaks German with him. Help about the house is not always necessary, because families usually have domestic assistants. As a rule families offer free accommodation, food, pocket money and take part of the au-pair's flight costs.
